1. 🧳 Who We Are

Jayaweera Group is a Sri Lankan family-run travel and hospitality business offering:

• Curated group tours (like our Perfect Tour of Sri Lanka)

• Private and custom tours

• Boutique villa stays at Fortress de Jayaweera

2. 🧾 Bookings & Payments

• A deposit (or full payment) may be required to confirm your booking — this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

• Payment methods accepted will be detailed on our booking page or invoice.

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

3. 🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is:

• 30+ days before start date: Full refund (minus processing fees)

• 14–29 days: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days: No refund

Private tour bookings may have custom cancellation terms depending on the itinerary and service providers.

4. 🧭 Itineraries & Changes

While we do our absolute best to stick to the planned itinerary, we may need to make minor adjustments due to weather, local holidays, or unforeseen events. We'll always aim to replace any affected activity with a similar or better experience.

5. 📸 Use of Photos

By participating in our tours, you may be photographed or filmed. We may use these images on our website or social media to showcase our experiences. If you'd prefer not to be included, just let us know at the time.

6. 🛡️ Responsibility

• Jayaweera Group is not liable for personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage to property during your tour or stay.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, health precautions, and passport/visa requirements.

7. 🌍 Third Parties

Some experiences may involve third-party providers (like safari companies or drivers). We work only with partners we trust, but we are not responsible for services not offered or are independant from our partnership with them.

8. ✨ Website Use

• Don’t use this website for anything dodgy — like trying to hack, scrape, or spam.

• All content on the site (photos, text, logos) belongs to us unless otherwise credited. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission.

9. 🤝 Respectful Conduct

We aim to create warm, safe, and inclusive experiences. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful — with no refund.
